BLUEGRASS BLOOMS POLICIES
RENTAL PERIOD
All rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning three days before the scheduled event date and ending one day following the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Bluegrass Blooms. The customer agrees that the rented property shall not be used beyond the intended capacity. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall not be used near an open flame or used in a negligent manner.
INSURANCE
The customer agrees to fully insure Bluegrass Blooms for any and all damages to or loss of the rented property. Insurance is built into the fee of each item in order to cover natural wear of the products. Insurance will not cover items lost, not returned, or beyond repair. The buyer shall be responsible for the full value of items damaged beyond repair and/or lost or unreturned items, estimated at 150% of the rental cost for the item.
RETURN OF PROPERTY TO BLUEGRASS BLOOMS
The customer agrees to return the rented property and all original packaging materials to Bluegrass Blooms by using the provided prepaid postage label. The property must be returned to the determined shipping provider one day after the event date (return date). If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $25.00 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned to the determined shipping provider by the date/time agreed to here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Depending on how far in advance you cancel, you are eligible for a partial refund. All orders placed are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. If for any reason you need to cancel your order at any time, we will retain 50% of your order - Half of your order total is considered the 50% non-refundable deposit. Bluegrass Blooms by the Box requires a 90-day notice on cancellations in order to issue a partial refund (less the 50% non-refundable deposit). Orders that are cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date may not be subject to a refund at the discretion of the owner. For example, if your order is $100 and you were to cancel 90 days prior to your event, you would receive up to a $50 refund. If you were to cancel 30 days prior to your event, you may only receive up to a $25 refund, or no refund at all at the discretion of owner. Cancellations must be submitted via email to bluegrassbloomsbythebox@gmail.com or by logging into the customer portal at www.bluegrassbloomsbythebox.com.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes, additions, or subtractions of collection, items, and/or item quantities to an existing order can be made up to 30 days prior to the rental date by emailing bluegrassbloomsbythebox@gmail.com. No cancellations of individual items allowed within 30 days prior to event date. Subtractions of items are subject to a partial refund (not including the 50% non-refundable deposit).
